From an Old Business to a New Brand
Our previous maid service business, MacLachlan Maid Service, served Pinellas & Pasco counties and was successful for 15 years before changing into our new brand name, Valrico Home Maid Service serving the Brandon and Valrico area.
Our new maid service only serves Eastern Hillsborough County. Over the years, we have developed a great reputation for excellent customer satisfaction and are trusted by our customers with their property and to deliver superior maid service they want. Our new brand has the same owner, Christine, with 25 years of experience. For her new brand, Christine has developed a unique Healthy Cleaning Process.

Recurring Maid Service
Our Recurring Maid Service may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to keep your home clean and healthy and always ready for visitors. Our free estimate may be customized to your specific needs. Our service is a fixed price per visit. Our first service will take more time and effort than subsequent scheduled services.
One-Time Maid Service
Our One-Time Maid Service is the same quality as our Recurring Maid Service. We provide a free estimate for this service at a fixed price per visit. Our One-Time Maid Service may be repurchased as many times as needed. The first maid service visit for a new customer usually takes more effort and longer than follow-up visits.
Special Item Cleaning Service
Our Special Item Cleaning Service is a supplement to our regular Maid Service. This service includes cleaning appliances on an as-needed basis or one-time, or cleaning the lanai or patio furniture. This service could also be used to clean up after a party. We provide an estimate before we start and can be combined to target specific areas in the home.

Your home will receive a total deep-clean within the first few visits. Then, we maintain this deep clean with each visit. Our plan is to deep clean each room of the home on a rotating basis. This allows your home to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, for those areas that are used daily over an appropriate period of time.

Our Healthy Cleaning Process was developed by us over two decades to clean, and sanitize our customers’ homes using safe, and eco-friendly cleaning products. Our arsenal of effective cleaning products consists of an assortment of organic plant-derived, common natural anti-bacteria cleaners such as alcohol & vinegar, and other non-toxic chemicals for different cleaning situations.
Our “Double Disinfectant System“ is a 2 step process. We hand-wipe all wet areas down with approved cleaning products that sanitize and disinfect, then we wipe it down with a special e cloth with embedded silver lining to kill bacteria. This 2-step process ensures no viruses or bacteria will be living while we’re cleaning your home. Our goal is not just clean, but a healthy home.
